US Embassy congratulates Iraq for launching Social Security Network

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The US Embassy in Iraq congratulated the Iraqi Government on the occasion of launching the Social Security Network which is intended to grant the unemployed and people of special need financial assistance from the Government.

The US Embassy reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”This network will be useful for many Iraqi people who suffer from special needs or handicapped and through the administrative reforming project, which belongs to the US Agency of International Development,” noting that “The Embassy is proud for cooperating with the Ministry of Work and Social Affairs and the International Bank in a attempt to support the efforts exerted by the Iraqi Government to establish this network.”

The Ministry of Work and Social Affairs launched on last Thursday the Iraqi Social Security Network within a celebration took place at Mansur Melia Hotel under the auspice of the Minister of Work and Social Affairs, Nasar al-Rubai.
