3 detainees escape from police station in Maysan

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) Three detainees were netted due to stealing funds of Sugar factory, escaped from a police station in Maysan province.

Security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) ” The police forces netted three detainees accused of stealing the funds of Maysan Sugar Factor from the employee and after few hours they managed to escape from al-Mijar al-Kabeer Prison.”

“Maysan Police Command did not comment over the accident, whereas some sides accused the security elements of the police station of assisting them to escape,” the source concluded.
