MoD : 11 gunmen killed, 24 stolen vehicles seized in Anbar

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Defense declared killing (11) gunmen and seizing (24) stolen vehicles within the military campaign launched in Anbar province since three days.The Ministry of Defense declared in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Acting Minister of Defense, Sa’don al-Duliami, and senior officers visited Anbar province where they met the leaders of the military forces.””The Commanding General of Armed Forces instructed to intensify meetings with people of Anbar in order to eliminate terrorists in the province,” the statement added.”The military operation in Anbar province, within the past three days, resulted in killing (11) terrorists and seizing six vehicles loaded with explosives that the terrorists use in terrorist operations,” the statement concluded.Wide military operation named (Revenge for the Commander Mohamed), was launched in Anbar province since Sunday to eliminate the terrorists and Qaeda members. \END\
