Tennis international championship to be held in Erbil

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Head of the Iraqi Tennis Union, Aso Adel, announced obtaining the consent of the International Tennis Union to host an international championship to be held in Erbil province with the participation of many international teams.Adel told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) ”The Iraqi Tennis Union will organize a four day championship for the (18 years) category in Baghdad during next January with the participation of (20) clubs that represent Baghdad and other Iraqi provinces.””The Iraqi Tennis team is scheduled to participate in many international important championships during 2014,” he concluded.
