Babel Governor calls to specify financial replacements for provinces have no oil

Babel (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Babel province, Sadiq al-Sultani, called the central government to specify financial replacements to the provinces have no oil wealth.

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, Sultani said “The provinces of the mideast decided to hold a conference over this issue on January to discuss the financial allocations and the delay in performing the projects by the ministries.”

“Babel lacks the financial sources where the Budget of 2014 will be spent for projects executed in the province without developing the services in the province,” he concluded.
