Nineveh Governor warns IA from legal procedures for situation in Fallujah

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Nineveh, Atheel al-Nijaifi, wanred the Iraqi Army, from the legal procedures for the situation in Fallujah.

In his personal account on Facebook, he said “The military leaders must know that the group punishment is one type of crimes,” noting that “These crimes cannot be any anywhere in the world despite the number of terroris in Fallujah where shelling the city is a group punishment for the citizens in Fallujah.”
