IHEC extends duration of receiving candidates of Anbar

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission IHEC extended the duration allocated to receive the lists of candidates within upcoming parliamentary elections in Anbar province.Member of the Commissioners Council, Muhsin al-Musawi, reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The IHEC decided to extend the duration allocated to receive the lists of political candidates within upcoming parliamentary elections till 15/1/2013 in order to grant the political entities a wider opportunity to deliver the names of their candidates under the special circumstances of Anbar province.”A wide military campaign has been launched in Anbar province between the security forces in cooperation with Anbar tribes and the terrorists of what is so called the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. \END\
