Allawi’s Coalition: Hakim’s initiative part of solution, Maliki part of problem

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The National Coalition, headed by Ayad Allawi, confirmed that solving the crises is to be done through political initiatives.

The spokesperson of the Coalition, Maysoun al-Damloji, stated to IraqiNews.com “The solution must be done through the initiatives that are presented by the national sides like the head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, and Ayad Allawi as well as other sides.”

“The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki is a part of the problem rather than the solution,” she added.

“Maliki is unable to find a political solution so we suggested to hold a meeting for the political sides including the SIIC and the Kurds to solve the political crises,” she concluded.
