INA, Shihristani discuss oil incomes, setting budget

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The political commission of the Iraqi National Alliance discussed with the Deputy Premier for the Energy Affairs, Hussein al-Shihristani, the oil incomes and setting the budget.

A statement by INA received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The political commission of the INA held its regular meeting headed by its head, Ibrahim al-Jaafary, and in presence of all the political blocs within INA where Shihristani attended the meeting.”

“Shihristani reviewed with the participants, a detailed report over the oil incomes and setting the budget where they stressed the necessity of settling all the obstacles that hinder the endorsement of the budget,” the statement added.

“They have also referred to the security developments in Anbar and the ongoing cooperation between the tribes and the security forces,” the statement pointed out, assuring that “INA praised the international and UN support to Iraq while combating terrorism.”

“INA assured the importance of the Union Council, stressing the necessity of endorsing it by the approval of the majority of the blocs,” the statement concluded.
