Allawi describes UN Secretary General’s visit as "Failed"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqiya National Coalition described the visit of the UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, to Iraq as “Failed.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “Ki-moon is failed because he was supposed to meet the chieftains in Anbar instead of the governmental officials.”
