Anbar (IraqiNews.com) The leader within the Sahwa forces, Amer Obaid al-Hayes, stated that the multiplicity of the security leaderships is behind the delay in sustaining stability in Anbar.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The multiplicity of the security leaderships of the security forces or the Sahwa forces is behind the delay in sustaining stability in Anbar.”

“The decision of the leaderships is not unified and that is negatively affected the security and stability in Iraq and Anbar in particular,” he concluded.
