Maliki congratulates Egyptians on success of referendum on constitution

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, congratulated Egyptians on the success of the referendum on the constitution.

A statement by Maliki’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Maliki extended his warm congratulations on this success of the referendum on the new constitution.”

“The Egyptians’ huge support for the new constitution grant the future of Egypt and indicate that Egyptians reject terrorism and head towards security and stability,” the statement concluded.
