Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Parliament postponed its session for 30 minutes. Parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The lack of quorum is behind the postponement because MPs of the Iraqiya Slate and the Kurdistani Alliance did not attend the session.”
