Urgent – Armed clashes erupt northern Babel

Babel, Hilla (IraqiNews.com) Armed clashes erupted between the security forces and the terrorists affiliated to what is so called the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria to the north of Babel province.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com ”The armed clashes, which took place in Farisya area within Jurf al-Sakher district, resulted in killing a Lieutenant and wounding (12) security elements.””The security forces rushed to transport the wounded to the hospital for treatment,” the source added, noting that “The armed clashes occurred because many terrorists traveled from Amiriyat al-Fallujah of Anbar province to Jurf al-Sakher district of northern Babel in an attempt of imposing their control on the area,” the source concluded. \END\
