Iraq to participate in international kick-boxing championships

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Chairman of the Iraqi Kick-Boxing Union, Qasim al-Wasiti, announced receiving an invitation from the Arab Kick-Boxing Union to participate in the Arab Championship which will take place during next May.Wasiti reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Iraqi union will participate with eight players who will be chosen during the upcoming weeks by the coaches of the Iraqi national team where Iraq will compete for the top three positions in the championship.””The Iraqi Kick-Boxing Union also received an invitation to participate in the continental championship which will be hosted by the capital of Jordan, Amman, during next April,” he concluded.
