13 civilians killed, injured northern Tikrit

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) 13 civilians were either killed or injured when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded northern Tikrit.

Security source stated to Alforat News Agency “An IED exploded near a residence of a police officer in Qadissiya quarter of northern Tikrit to result in killing four civilians and injuring nine others.”
