IHEC Maysan announces distributing 50% of electoral E-cards

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission in Maysan announced distributing 50% of the voters electoral E-cards.

The head of the IHEC in Maysan, Jaafar Kadhim, stated to IraqiNews.com “The IHEC distributed 282 of the electoral E-cards on the voters which resembles 50% of the total number of cards.”
