Kurdish MP: Central Government violates constitution by hindering development in Kurdistan Region

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mahma Khalil, of the Kurdistani Alliance accused the Central Government of hindering the economic development in Kurdistan Region.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “It is illegitimate to set the impediments that hinder the projects and the citizens’ financial rights in Kurdistan Region.”

“The CG violates the constitution in discriminating among the citizens and depriving the citizens of Kurdistan Region from their rights,” he added.

“Not allocating enough funds for Kurdistan Region is a political attempt to target Kurdistan Region,” he concluded.
