Maliki: CoM decides to spend funds without endorsing Budget

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, announced that the Council of Minister decided to spend the funds without waiting for the endorsement of the Budget.

In his weekly speech on Wednesday, he said “The CoM decided by all its ministers to spend the funds without waiting for the endorsement of the Budget because we are authorized by the constitution to do so.”

“I would like the honest MPs not to attend the parliament sessions that do not involve the discussion of the Budget law,” he concluded.
