Baghdad OC : 7 IEDs detonated, kidnapped freed in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A gunman was killed while he was emplacing an Improvised Explosive Device in Baghdad.Baghdad Operations Command declared in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Iraqi Army/ 59th Brigade managed to seize seven IEDs and detonated them without any losses in Hor al-Basha area while elements of Sixth Brigade/ First Regiment dismantled an IED in Nasar Market of Shula area.””The security forces of the 44th Brigade/ Second Regiment succeeded in freeing a kidnapped person after receiving information over gunmen committing an abduction operation,” the statement added, noting that “The security forces arrested four brothers on charges of committing murder of three civilians belong to the same family in Saba’ Qusor area.” \END\
