Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Parliament session started amid disputes over the Budget Law draft of 2014.

Parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The session started headed by The Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, and attended by 164 MPs while the Kurdistani Alliance and Mutahidon blocs boycotted the session.”
