Maliki criticizes preventing Iraqiya Satellite Channel from covering parliament sessions

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, criticized preventing the Iraqiya Satellite Channel by the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, from covering the parliament sessions.

Speaking to the Iraqiya Channel, Maliki said “No one has the right to prevent the Iraqiya Channel from covering the parliament sessions,” noting that “This is illegal decision and we respect keeping the situation stable otherwise, we can make it to cover the parliament sessions by force.”
