Urgent – Oil production in West Qurna 2 Oil Field starts

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The oil production of West Qurna 2 Oil Field in Basra started with 120 thousand bpd.

The reporter of IraqiNews.com stated “The Deputy Premier for the Energy Affairs, Hussein al-Shihristani, the Russian Deputy Premier, Director General of Look Oil Co. in addition to some officials inaugurated the oil field.”

The oil field started to produce the oil with 120 thousand bpd where it is supposed to reach 400 thousand bpd.
