2 IPs killed, officer injured southern Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Two Iraqi policemen were killed and a police officer was injured due to a bomb explosion southern Mosul in Nineveh province.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com “A bomb was emplaced on the roadside of Qayara district of southern Mosul exploded targeting a police patrol on Thursday,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing two IPs and injuring a police officer within the patrol.”

“Security forces transported the dead bodies to the morgue and the injured officer to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
