Commander of Nineveh Police Forces survives assassination

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) The Commander General of Nineveh Police Forces, Brigadier, Khalid Sultan, survived an assassination attempt in central Mosul on Sunday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “A roadside bomb exploded against Sultan’s motorcade, killing a policeman along with a civilian and injuring 4 other persons including a policeman.”
