32 thousand security elements to vote in Babel on Monday

Babel (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission announced that 32.000 security elements are supposed to vote in Babel on the Special ballot on Monday.The head of IHEC media office, Ameer Hussien, said to Iraqi News “The security elements will cast their votes in 18 ballot centers all over Babel.”
