Amiri: Elections to disappoint enemies of Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The leader of Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri, casted his vote in the 2014 parliamentary elections in Rasheed Hotel in Baghdad.

Amiri said “Iraq will prove it is capable of providing excellent administration for the elections after the departure of the occupation forces,” noting that “These elections will disappoint the enemies of Iraq and make them disparate.”

He added “The will of Iraqis will be defeat the enemies,” stressing “I have been in Diyala this morning and noticed the wide participation in the elections.”

Amiri appreciated the step of adopting the new electronic voting system.
