Zubaidi calls Parliament Speaker to hold urgent session to endorse Budget law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of Citizen Coalition, Baqir Jabur al-Zubaidi, called the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, to hold an urgent session to discuss the Budget Law to speed up its endorsement. A statement by Zubaidi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “We called Nijaifi to hold an urgent session over Budget Law to endorse it as soon as possible.””We also called to host the members of the Commissioners Council of the Independent High Electoral Commission to listen to them about the reported violations within the elections,” the statement concluded.
