Sayhoud: Exporting Iraqi oil by Kurdistan Region to Turkey violates Iraqi constitution, international law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohammed al-Sayhoud, of the State of Law Coalition stated that exporting the Iraqi oil from Kurdistan Region to Turkey violates the Iraqi constitution and the international law.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The Turkish side violates the international law that does not allow buying oil from any regional government without the approval of the central one and it also violates the Iraqi constitution that does not allow this issue either.”

“We will judge the two sides because both of them violate the laws,” he concluded.
