Kurdish Alliance rejects Maliki’s nomination for PM post even after settling Kurdistan Region, CG pending issues

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mahdi Hachi, of the Kurdistani Alliance stated that the Kurds reject the nomination of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, for the third term of the PM post even after the settlement of the pending issues between Kurdistan Region and the Central Government.

Speaking to Iraqi News, he said “We voted on a law draft that does not allow Maliki to be the PM of Iraq because the violence in Iraq did not stop since Maliki’s was nominated for the PM Post.”
