ISIL terrorists kidnap 10 families from Alam district of eastern Tikrit

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) The ISIL elements kidnapped ten families from Alam district of eastern Tikrit.

One of the chieftains of Alam district stated to IraqiNews.com “The ISIL elements kidnapped ten families when they were trying to leave to Kurdistan Region due to the disturbed security situation and they phoned the chieftains to allow them to enter the district or kill the members of the families.”
