MP: Ahrar bloc accepts any other nominee form PM Post from SLC except Maliki

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Juma’a al-Bahadli, of al-Ahrar bloc stated that al-Ahrar bloc accept any nominee for the Prime Minister Post from the State of Law Coalition except the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.

Bahadli stated to IraqiNews.com “The Iraqi National Alliance opposes allowing any nominee to assume a post for three terms where it insists that Maliki cannot assume this post.”

“There are many political figures that can assume this post such as Ahmed al-Chalabi and Adel Abdul al-Mahdi where the SLC can nominate a nominee for this post except Maliki and al-Ahrar bloc will accept this nominee,” he concluded. /End/
