Urgent – Dharif: Iran to support Abadi’s government

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iranian Foreign Affairs Minister Mohammed Jawad Dharif assure that “Iran will support the next government of the Iraqi designate Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and would not interfere in the options of the Iraqi Government.”

Dharif added in a pres conference held with his Iraqi Counterpart Hoshyar Zibari at the Iraqi Foreign Affairs Ministry in Baghdad on Sunday “Iran has not interfered and would not interfere in the future options of the Iraqi People,” noting “We will support Abadi’s government as much as we supported Maliki’s government.” …….to follow….
