Iraqi Security Forces liberate new areas in Anbar

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Security Forces represented by troops of the Seventh Infantry Division and Iraqi Air Force liberated Albu Hayaty area within Haditha district in Anbar province from the terrorists of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant.

A statement by the Defense Ministry received by IraqiNews.com cited “The ISf launched a military operation to liberate Albu Hayat completely from the ISIL and caused huge casualties among the terrorists of the ISIL and damaged their vehicles,” noting that “The Engineering Units of the division are still working to clear the roads and houses in the area from bombs emplaced by the terrorists before they were defeated.”
