Midnight curfew declared in Kirkuk by Provincial Council

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, the security committee in Kirkuk Province declared a curfew in anticipation of security breaches. The curfew will begin at midnight. Earlier today 18 ISIS militants were killed during a US airstrike south west of Kirkuk.
