Compulsory military service, national guards to liberate Iraqi lands form ISIL, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Naif al-Shimmari, of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee stated that the compulsory military service and forming the national guards forces to liberate the Iraqi lands occupied by the ISIL terrorists.
