Turkish officials praises FM Jaafary’s visit to Turkey

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Turkish Foreign Ministry welcomed the 2-days visit of Foreign Minister, Dr. Ibrahim Al Jaafari, to Ankara.A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received by Iraqi News quoted the Turkish Ministry as saying “Turkey is in solidarity with the friendly and brotherly people of Iraq in their fight against ISIL terrorism. We will continue to stand by Iraq resolutely in its struggle against formidable challenges”.”The Turkish Ministry stressed that the visit will be the most clear indicator of the support we extend to Iraq for its fight against terrorism, strengthening its culture of democracy, regaining its rightful place in the region, and for the people of Iraq to attain a brighter future,” the statement continued.”During the visit which ends on the 7th of November, talks on the bilateral relations and regional and international issues will be discussed,” the statement added.”The Turkish Ministry concluded by expressing hope that the current visit will contribute in enhancing mutual relations and cooperation,” the statement concluded. /End/
