PM Abadi hails liberating Beiji district from ISIL

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, congratulated the security forces on liberating Beiji district from the ISIL terrorists.

A statement by Abadi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Abadi congratulated Salah il-Din Operations Command and the volunteers in addition to the Iraqi people on liberating Beiji district from the ISIL terrorists and re-opening the road between Baghdad and Beiji.”

“The achieved victories prove the willingness of the Iraqi people to combat terrorism and bring smile back to the families of its victims,” the statement concluded. /End/
