ISIS starts production of cement using black oil in Qa’im

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Saturday, a tribal source in Qa’im district (west of Ramadi) announced, that ISIS has started the production of cement using black oil.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com “Elements of the terrorist organization used black oil brought from Syria to operate the Qa’im Cement Plant (350 km west of Ramadi),” pointing out that “The production has started in the plant.”

The source, who requested anonymity, added, “ISIS operates the plant to take advantage of its resources to support the elements of the organization in Anbar, especially in Qa’im district.”

In October24, 2014, the United States accused Syria and Turkey to buy oil from the organization ISIS, pointingout that the organization got the wealth at an unprecedented pace.
