Abadi, Anbar delegation discuss confronting ISIL

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, received a delegation from Anbar province at his office in Baghdad on last Friday.

A statement by the Abadi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “The delegation involved Sheikh, Ahmed Abu Risha, Chairman of Anbar Provincial Council in addition to PC members and the head of the Sunni Endowment in the province.”

“They discussed the efforts that aim at liberating the whole areas in the province that are occupied by the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant terrorists,” the statement continued.

“Abadi stressed that liberating the whole province is an important step to liberate the other areas in Iraq soon to bring back the displaced citizens to their homes,” the statement concluded. /End/
