Iraqi Embassy in Karakas takes part in Fair over Iraqi Civilization

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Embassy in Karakas participated in the artistic and cultural fair titled “traditions and twinning of peoples” held in cooperation with the Venezuelan people’s authority for foreign relations and the Karakas Municipality.

A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received by Iraqi News cited “The Iraqi Embassy along with a number of Arab and foreign embassies accredited to Venezuela exhibited pictures, portraits, and posters that show the Mesopotamian Civilization and the distinctive cultural and folkloric sites in Iraq throughout its history.”

“The organizing committee expressed gratitude for the Iraqi participation, praising the Iraqi Embassy’s staff’s efforts to make the fair a success,” the statement concluded. /End/
