Iraq, Iran sign 10 MoUs over mutual cooperation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Iran and Iraq signed 10 cooperation documents and Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) on Monday during a visit of Iranian First Vice-President Es-haq Jahangiri to Baghdad.

The documents were signed by related officials in the presence of Jahangiri and Iraqi premier Haider al-Abadi.

Iran-Iraq joint economic cooperation commission statement was also signed by Jahangiri and al-Abadi.

MoU on fight against dust storm, agreement on road and aerial transportation, executive program for tourism cooperation, MoU on third joint commission meeting, MoU on cooperation in the field of geology, mine and MoU on standards were among the signed documents.

The two countries also agreed to have cooperation in the field of trade, holding exhibitions and veterinary.
