UAE conducts night raids against ISIS from Jordan

(IraqiNews.com) On Saturday, the United Arab Emirates announced that its aircrafts have conducted night raids on ISIS sites from a Jordanian airbase.
The UAE official news agency said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “F-16 fighter jets belonging to UAE Air Forces and Air Defense stationed in a Jordanian airbase, have launched night airstrikes against some ISIS sites.”
“The fighter jets targeted a number of oil pipelines under the ISIS group control, to deprive it of its income and funding sources.”
“The fighter jets have returned safely to the base,” the statement added.
