Lack of oil & gas law behind financial crisis, says Minister of Oil

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Oil, Adil Abdul-mahdi attributed the current financial crisis in Iraq to the absence of a special law for oil and gas.

There should be a law that regulates the relation between Kurdistan Region and the central government on one hand, and between the governorates and the central government on other hand in order to get rid of the arbitrariness and the personal interpretations, Abdul-Mahdi said.
