EU holds ISIS responsible for Tunisia attack
(IraqiNews.com) Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini held the ISIS group responsible for the attack on tourists in Tunisia in which 19 people were killed.
Mogherini said in a statement reported by Reuters on Wednesday that ISIS is targeting countries and peoples of the Mediterranean region once again.
“This reinforces our determination to cooperate more strongly with our partners to address the terrorist threat,” she added.
Mogherini continued, “The EU is determined to mobilize all the tools to fully support Tunisia in the fight against terrorism and to repair the security sector.”
