Jaafary: Iraqis more capable to decide requirements of battle against ISIL

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Foreign Affairs Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafary, who is visiting Moscow now, said on Friday “Iraqis are more capable than the US to decide the requirements of the battle against the terrorist ISIL.”
