Jaafari meets with Iraqi community in Russia

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Foreign Minister, Dr. Ibrahim Al Jaafari, met on March 21, 2015 a number of the Iraqi community in Russia, as part of his official visit to Russia.

Jaafari stressed that Iraq can overcome the attempts that wanted to spread the culture of division, hatered and weakening the social structure, referring that Iraqis have proven they are aware of the conspiracies that aim at dismantling iraq’s unity and waste its riches.

He added that the community members are responsible for conveying Iraq’s openion to the world countries and to hear the world’s opinion on Iraq.

The Minister Said the governemtn is exerting its utmost efforts, supported by the popular mobilization, to restore security and stability to the areas witnessing armed operations against the terrorist Islamic State (IS) organization.

He listened to a number of issues raised by the communite members, stressing the necessity to combine efforts and communicate with the Embassy to find proper solutions for those issues. /End/
