Badr militia arrests 17 ISIS elements, destroys 4 vehicles in west of Samarra

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – A security source in Salahuddin province announced Sunday, that a force belonging to the Badr Organization, a faction of al-Hashed al-sha’bi militia, has arrested 17 ISIS elements and destroyed four vehicles for them west of Samarra.
The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “A force of the sixth regiment of Badr forces has arrested today 17 elements belonging to ISIS and managed to destroy four vehicles west of Samarra near the area of Fallujah.”
The source, who asked to remain anonymous, added: “the force has succeeded in this process, after circumventing the enemy lines.”
