(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The website of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, affiliated with the Syrian opposition and one of the main sources of news about the conflict in Syria, subjected to the piracy at the hands of elements belonging to ISIS what caused the interruption of work for the site and destroyed its contents.

For his part, Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman told FPA that “It’s not a formality breakthrough, because the site is subjected to destruction and all the information had been deleted,” adding, “We have a copy of the information that was published and we will continue to publish the news on Facebook and Twitter or even re-work on the site.”
