Barzani and British Ambassador discuss ways to confront ISIS

(IraqiNews.com) Erbil – On Wednesday the President of Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani discussed with the British ambassador to Iraq Frank Baker the political and security situation in the region and ways to confront ISIS in Iraq.
The presidency of the province said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com: “the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, met with the British ambassador to Iraq, Frank Baker,” indicating that “the two sides discussed the political and security situation in the region.”
The statement added that “Barzani and Baker discussed the relations between the Kurdistan region and the federal government and the conditions of the fight against the terrorists,” explaining that “the two sides discussed ways to ensure defeating ISIS in Iraq.”
